"Sexy in the Suburbs"
Just received my Chelsea stainless steel fireplace. I ordered the item on line on a Tuesday and received it by Friday. Item arrived very nicely packaged as to avoid any dents...great as this has occured when I've ordered other stainless steel items. Item is just as it appears on line. Very nice. It is very light so I should have no problem mounting this without the help of my husband. It's about the size of a 27" flat screen and will look great under the television. The best thing about this order was the great customer service I received. I called the seller directly as I had a problem with promotional code. I think I spoke to the owner and he informed him of my issue. I left my number and he called me back within the hour and walked me through the ordering process so I was able to receive the 20% discount. The only thing that I need to add is that the fuel is shipped seperately. I am sure this is because it's a flammable liquid so if you plan on using it right away, you may want to add some additional days for delivery. I am truly excited and plan on buying the outdoor version for the pool area.

Love this fireplace, very easy to hang and lightweight. Does not get overly hot against the wall from what I've seen. Fire warms the room nicely. Definately recommend. The only issue I've had is it's hard to get the biofuel into the bins without and spilling it...and you DON'T want to spill it as it's an accelerant and will burn rapidly on anything it touches. So it would be nice if they would come up with some pour spout for the biofuel to make it easier! Otherwise, LOVE IT!

This product is sleek and does the trick.
I have seen a number of these types of products on HGTV. This style is perfect in a small
space if you want a romantic contemporary touch.
Your friends will wonder where you got it.

When I called Amazon.com before this purchase, two different people including a supervisor told me that this fireplace uses Biofuel which are the safest things there is. In fact, if you inserted your hand into this fireplace, it would not burn you, she went on to assure me. Well, this is not quite so and the Biofuel if even a drop of it spilled outside the fireplace, a sniffing dog would detect it as an "accelerant", said the Fire Marshal's expert. Based upon these findings,it is not recommended.
